Is the jacuzzi complimentary for all spa guests?
The jacuzzi facility is not complimentary for in-house guests. For Kaveri Spa guests, usage of jacuzzi is complimentary with a minimum spending of IDR 1,000,000 nett/pax before any promo, service charge, and tax. The jacuzzi duration time will be up to 45 minutes and required to be booked in advance at least 24 hours in advance.
