How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Every booking received in our system will be directly confirmed by our resort. In case you book through the third party, the respective agent will receive the confirmation instead. We encourage you to contact us immediately once you have booked the room to allow us to check all the booking details received in our system to avoid any unwanted circumstances.
