Can I have flower pool if it is raining?
We honestly will not suggest you to have it during rain in order to maintain the Flower Pool's visual quality. However, if it is just drizzling at the time, we would be able to create it. Please kindly note that we can not guarantee that the result will be as neat and perfect as it is during normal weather.
